Returns
Online Order Returns
Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of being received for a refund, exchange, or store credit, as long as they are unopened, unused, and in new condition. Sale items are final sale.
To start a return or exchange, visit our returns portal. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is delivered back to us.
Checkout Plus (Free Returns)
Checkout Plus is an optional add-on you can select at checkout. If you added Checkout Plus to your order, return shipping is on us: start your return in the returns portal and we'll email you a prepaid return label at no extra cost.
If you didn't add Checkout Plus, you can still return your order through the returns portal. We'll provide a return label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Checkout Plus is non-refundable and cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.
International Orders
Checkout Plus and prepaid return labels are available on orders shipped within the United States. Orders shipped outside the US can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of being received; exchanges are not available on international orders. You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping yourself, and we recommend using a tracked service.
Neighborhood Shop Returns
Items purchased at Barrywoods Crossing, Briarcliff, Midtown, Corinth Square, Red Bridge Overland Park, and Prairiefire locations can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit as long as they are not washed, worn, or damaged. No cash refunds. After 14 days the item can be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit at long as we still carry the item. No returns on alcohol.
Made in KC Marketplace Returns
Regular merchandise in new, unwashed, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No cash refunds. After 14 days, the item may be returned for store credit as long as Made in KC Marketplace carries the item. Sale items final sale. All items purchased at the Marketplace can only be returned to this location and not to other Made in KC locations. No returns on alcohol.
Airport Store Returns
Purchases made at the Made in KC Marketplace in the Kansas City Airport must be returned at that location and cannot be accepted at our other locations outside of the airport - 816-608-0201
