EXTENDED RETURN POLICY:
  
The states of Kansas and Missouri are currently in a state of emergency due to the current COVID-19 outbreak. Made in KC's first priority is the health and safety of our staff and our customers. As such, Made in KC has temporarily closed all shops. To accommodate returns, we are extending our return window to 45 days from the date of purchase for all purchases made between March 1 - April 30. STANDARD RETURN POLICY:

Online order returns:
Items purchased online can be returned for a refund within 30 days of being received so long as they are in new condition. Sale items are final sale. Visit our return center to make a return.
In-store returns:
Items purchased at Briarcliff, Corinth, Crossroads, Prairiefire locations can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit as long as they are not washed, worn, or damaged. No cash refunds. After 14 days the item can be exchanged for another item or returned for store credit at long as we still carry the item. No returns on alcohol.
Made in KC Marketplace Returns:
Regular merchandise in new, unwashed, unworn condition may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No cash refunds. After 14 days, the item may be returned for store credit as long as Made in KC Marketplace carries the item. Sale items final sale. All items purchased at the Marketplace can only be returned to this location and not to other Made in KC locations. No returns on alcohol.
